At San Francisco Ballet, Aaron Robison danced principal roles in Tomasson’s Nutcracker (Grand Pas de Deux Prince); Scarlett’s Frankenstein (Victor Frankenstein); Balanchine’s Stravinsky Violin Concerto; Possokhov’s Optimistic Tragedy (Captain); Tomasson’s The Fifth Season and Trio; and Welch’s Pas de Deux from La Cathedrale Engloutie.  He created the role of John in Pita’s Salome.

Elsewhere, Aaron created roles in Bintley’s E=mc2 and Take Five; Kudelka’s Passion; Morris’ The Letter V; Stewart’s Centre and Its Opposite; and Welch’s Paquita, The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, and Zodiac. His repertory includes principal or featured roles in Ashton’s The Two Pigeons; Balanchine’s Agon,The Four Temperaments, Serenade, Theme and Variations, and Who Cares?; Bintley’s Aladdin, Cyrano, and The Shakespeare Suite; Bruce’s Ghost Dances; Cranko’s The Taming of the Shrew; Elo’s One/End/One; Forsythe’s in the middle, somewhat elevated; Gsovsky’s Grand Pas Classique; Kylián’s Petit Mort, Svedbka, and Wings of Wax; Lander’s Études; MacMillan’s Manon and Romeo and Juliet; Neumeier’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream; Nureyev’s Raymonda; Petipa’s Le Corsaire Pas de Deux; Robbins’ West Side Story Suite; Stevenson’s Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty; Vaganova’s Diana and Acteon Pas de Deux;  Welch’s Giselle, Swan Lake, Clear, Maninyas, Powder, Tapestry, and Velocity; and Wright’sCoppélia, Giselle, Nutcracker, and The Sleeping Beauty.

His guest appearances include the Nijinsky Gala in Hamburg, Germany, and Italy’s Festival di Spoleto. In 2004 he won the gold medal at the Seoul International Ballet Competition; 1st Place Young British Dancer of the Year; and the Encouragement Award at the Prix de Lausanne.
